St. John Catholic School is proud to be the only private school in Bay County to accept VPK (Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten), McKay, and Step Up for Students Scholarships.

VPK funds provide significant financial assistance to all students in our preschool program who turn 4 by September 1st and are residents of the State of Florida. There are no additional requirements. VPK scholarships are provided by the Early Learning Coalition of Northwest Florida. There website is www.elcnwf.org.

The McKay Scholarship allows students who have a learning difference to attend our school. These students are able to attend our school, receive assistance in tuition, and still receive services from our staff. We have hearing-impaired students, students who receive speech therapy, and students who need additional instruction in reading. For more information, go to www.floridaschoolchoice.org/information/mckay/.

The Step Up for Students Scholarship assists families with financial limitations and provides a substantial portion of their tuition at the school. To learn more, go to www.stepupforstudents.org.

If you do not qualify for these scholarships, St. John Catholic School has its own financial assistance and scholarship opportunities. Applications are available in the school office.
