Bio

Art is one of my favorite subjects and has been since I was a small child. I grew up in Virginia Beach VA and was very blessed to have an excellent art teacher in elementary school. He taught me to love art and the experience of making art. It is my hope that I will be able to share this wonderful gift with your children as Mr. Williams shared it with me. My favorite medium is clay. Whenever I have the chance I am working in my friends studio creating whimsical creations out of clay or working at home dreaming up new ideas! This is my twenty first year here at St. John School and my twenty fourth year in the community of St. John. I have been a catechist for over twenty eight years. I have three children, two granddaughters, my best friend my wonderful husband Bill, and my dog Seamus. It is a joy and a true blessing to have the opportunity to have been afforded this vocation and to work with all the many wonderful children through the years.
